How to use
Adults: take one (1) capsule twice a day. Do not exceed the amount on the label.

Pregnant or nursing people, anyone under 18, and anyone with a medical condition or on medication should ask a physician before using this product. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the seal is broken. Store in a cool, dry place.
Suggested Use: Take one (1) capsule twice a day as a dietary supplement. For best results, take 20-30 min before a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Free shipping over $75. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing an item, email us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund it — no return shipping and no restocking fee. Because these are consumables, we do not accept returns on opened product.

What if I do not like it?
We replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, defective or wrong within 30 days. We cannot take back opened consumables, so if you are unsure, start with the smallest size rather than the subscription.
