How to use
Adults: take two (2) capsules daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed the amount on the label.

Pregnant or nursing people, anyone under 18, and anyone with a medical condition or on medication should ask a physician before using this product. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the seal is broken. Store in a cool, dry place.

One serving daily, with food. Consistency matters far more than timing — the people who notice something are the ones who take it every day for a month, not the ones who optimise the hour.

Shipping and returns
Free shipping over $75. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing an item, email us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund it — no return shipping and no restocking fee. Because these are consumables, we do not accept returns on opened product.

What if I do not like it?
We replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, defective or wrong within 30 days. We cannot take back opened consumables, so if you are unsure, start with the smallest size rather than the subscription.
